Garden Sound Bath

Participate in a restorative journey through sound with Pamela Martinez, musician, and educator. This group meditation utilizes the vibrational power of sound to hold space for a time to tune into our higher selves while allowing the body to rest and digest. When we come together, the field of gentle replenishment gets propagated as we build a community that heals together, grows together, creates together. Participants of the Sound Bath can expect to be lulled into deep relaxation using the sounds of singing bowls, gong, tuning forks, vocals, and other sound sources to provide a meditative and healing environment while seated on the ground or more traditionally lying down on the ground. Please bring a mat/blanket and water. Class takes place at the Amphitheater; meet 15 minutes before event at the Admissions Kiosk at the main entrance.

Fee: $25 ($22.50 member). Registration is open until class is full.
