Guest Experience Manager

Oversee the daily Guest Experience operation; responsibilities include, but are not limited to participating in hiring, training and evaluating of staff and volunteers, cash drawer management, problem resolution and data base management in a fast-paced, high volume, team environment focusing on delivering an excellent internal and external guest experience.

Guest Experience Associate - Part-Time

The Guest Experience Associate is responsible for making an exceptional first and last impression on the guests, and provides excellent customer service in a professional, friendly, and positive manner.

Culinary and Wellness Assistant - Part-Time

The Culinary and Wellness Programs are developed for family, youth, adult, public, and community audiences and cover topics ranging from nutrition, health, fitness, and the culinary arts, as well as making connections to plants through botany, horticulture, and environmental science.

Volunteer Opportunities

Interested in volunteering at the Botanical Garden? No experience is needed—just a love of the Botanical Garden and a desire to support its mission. The minimum age to volunteer at the Botanical Garden is 12 and volunteers younger than 15 years must be accompanied by an adult. All volunteers working with children or handling money must consent to a background check. Learn more on becoming a volunteer.

The Development Associate is responsible for accurately entering gifts into the donor database, processing gift acknowledgements, running basic to complex reports, providing accurate information for donor acknowledgement, and maintaining the integrity of the donor database. Additionally, the Development Associate will support the Director of Development with administrative support.
