Senior Manager Sales & Events

The Senior Manager Sales & Events is responsible for the overall success of the department. This person will have revenue goals as well as non-monetary goals such as quantity and quality of events.

Guest Experience Team Lead

The Guest Experience Team Lead acts as the Manager on Duty as needed by supporting the day-to-day operations of the Garden Gift Shop and admissions kiosk.

Guest Experience Associate

The Guest Experience Associate is responsible for making an exceptional first and last impression on the guests, and provides excellent customer service in a professional, friendly, and positive manner.

Gardener, Full Time

Under direct supervision of the Horticulturist, the Gardener will be responsible for the planting and maintenance of the San Antonio Botanical Garden, as well as assisting with plant propagation and nursery management, as assigned.

Gardener, Part Time

Under direct supervision of the Horticulturist, the Gardener will be responsible for the planting and maintenance of the San Antonio Botanical Garden, as well as assisting with plant propagation and nursery management, as assigned.

Volunteer Opportunities

Interested in volunteering at the Botanical Garden? No experience is needed—just a love of the Botanical Garden and a desire to support its mission. The minimum age to volunteer at the Botanical Garden is 12 and volunteers younger than 15 years must be accompanied by an adult. All volunteers working with children or handling money must consent to a background check. Learn more on becoming a volunteer.
