Guest Experience and Gift Shop Manager
The Guest Experience and Gift Shop is the “ambassador for the garden” engaging daily with guests. The manager will oversee the Garden Gift Shop and the admissions kiosk.
The Education assistant will offer educational programs and experiences that communicate the importance of plants and nature.
Guest Experience Associate
The Guest Experience Associate is responsible for making an exceptional first and last impression on the guests, and provides excellent customer service in a professional, friendly, and positive manner.
Culinary and Wellness Assistant
The Culinary and Wellness Programs are developed for family, youth, adult, public, and community audiences and cover topics ranging from nutrition, health, fitness, and the culinary arts, as well as making connections to plants through botany, horticulture, and environmental science.

Interested in volunteering at the Botanical Garden? No experience is needed—just a love of the Botanical Garden and a desire to support its mission. The minimum age to volunteer at the Botanical Garden is 12 and volunteers younger than 15 years must be accompanied by an adult. All volunteers working with children or handling money must consent to a background check. Learn more on becoming a volunteer.
