Chief Financial Officer
As a leader in the Administration Department, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) works collaboratively with the CEO, SABG Board of Directors, leadership team, and staff to ensure the fiscal responsibility for the Botanical Garden.
The Irrigation Specialist installs, maintains, operates, repairs, and troubleshoots underground irrigation systems as well as completes irrigation audits. The Specialist will also conduct inventory of tools, equipment, or materials related to ensure that sufficient supplies are available, and items are in usable condition. This position will be responsible for the entire Garden in both public and non-public areas to meet or exceed the Garden’s standards for horticulture excellence.
Event Facilitator - Part-Time
The Event Facilitator provides operational functions before, during, and after events and assists with site set-up and take-down of Garden owned tables, chairs, pop up tents, lighting, etc.
Culinary and Wellness Assistant - Part-Time
The Culinary and Wellness Programs are developed for family, youth, adult, public, and community audiences and cover topics ranging from nutrition, health, fitness, and the culinary arts, as well as making connections to plants through botany, horticulture, and environmental science.

The minimum age to volunteer at the Botanical Garden is 12 and volunteers younger than 15 years must be accompanied by an adult.
