DIY: Ginger Ceviche

Join the Botanical Garden for this DIY class inspired by the exhibition Rooted. Participants will learn about the history of ceviche and ginger and partake in crafting their own ginger ceviche. Sign up quickly before this class sells out! Contact csauers@sabot.org with questions.
