Practical Magic: Edible Flowers in Cocktails and Mocktails

All witches and warlocks welcome! Learn about edible flowers and forage the The Zachry Foundation Culinary Garden for herbs and botanicals to make a botanical bitters for a collection of cocktail and mocktail tinctures. Then enjoy your creations and fresh bites! Before or after taking this class, participants are welcome to enjoy the Imaginary Worlds: One Upon a Time exhibition. Cocktails for 21+; mocktails for ages 18 and up.
Instructors: Garden Culinary Team
Fee: $40 ($36 member). Registration Deadline is Tuesday, October 17 at 6:30 p.m.
