Family Yoga with Alamo City Yoga

Saturday, March 19 | 10 – 11 a.m. 

Join us for a special yoga bonding time for parents/guardians and children. This class will be focused on connecting with your yoga practice and nature while encouraging one-on-one time with your child. Meet at the entrance of the San Antonio Botanical Garden as we begin our time together with a 10-minute meditative walk through the tranquil space, followed by a 50-minute fun, family-friendly yoga practice. The yoga portion is accessible to all levels, which will include a sequence of seated, standing, and balancing postures, syncing breath and movement throughout. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. Contact education@sabot.org with questions.

Fee: $20 per one adult and one child ($18 per member adult and child). Each additional child $10 ($9 member).  Registration deadline is time of event 10 a.m.
