Culinary Passport Rome: Guest Chef Manuella Donatone

Nestled in the mountains of southeastern Italy lies Molise, a region near Rome that our guest chef Manuella Donatone calls home. Manuella will be joining the Culinary Team this afternoon to cook up some of her favorites that will be a perfect pairing for a crisp November afternoon!
The day’s menu:
“Orange, fennel, and olive salad” – a typical winter salad.
“Pallotte Cacio e Ova” – a traditional dish from Molise, made with balls of stale bread and cheese, cooked in a tomato sauce.
“Ceppiellate” – a very special cookie made with lard and filled with sour cherry jam
This class is recommended for all ages and skill levels.

Fee: $75 per person ($70 member) Registration closes Wednesday, November 13, 2025 at 12 p.m.
