You asked—we listened! The Garden has launched a new ticketing system and you can now view your membership details online!
You MUST log in or create a new account prior to purchasing tickets for Garden events and classes to redeem your member discount. When creating an account, please use the email address you used when you signed up for your membership. Read full instructions on logging in to your existing account OR creating a new account.
How to easily access your online member account
For easy access to the member portal and library, click or tap on ACCOUNT in the hot pink navigation bar up top!
Update primary contact information
Online member profiles have a new look and new functionality! On the profile page, you will now see four tabs: Account Info, Contact Info, Memberships & Recurring Gifts.
On the Contact Info tab, you may update your primary contact info, including primary address, email, and phone number.
Browse the Member Library
The member library and ticketing portal are together at last! To view the member library, log in to your member account, then select Member Library in the top menu. You will only be able to view the Member Library when you are logged in to your account.
Browse member resources, special perks, fun Garden activities and recipes, and read the newest edition of Vibrante, the Garden’s digital member magazine!
