$65 ($58.50 member), includes instruction and ingredient box; $35 ($31.50 member), includes instruction and grocery list. Registration deadline is Monday, January 11 at 6:30 p.m.

Thursday, January 14 | 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. 

Journey into Thailand and learn about this vibrant cuisine that features five major flavors – sweet, salty, bitter, sour and spicy. Join Chef Katrina Flores and make crab spring rolls with sweet chili sauce, chicken pad Thai with roasted peanuts and bean sprouts, coconut crème caramel and long Thailand iced tea cocktail. Participants may choose to pick up ingredient box or request a grocery list to shop ahead of time. A weblink, grocery list and instructions on how-to pick-up ingredient boxes from the Botanical Garden will be sent 72 hours prior to the start of the class. A computer and internet connection are required. Recipes included. Ages 21+.
