Visiting Chef: Louise Bly

Amongst the Garden Team, there walks an employee so skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to cooking that the Culinary Team are a little bit nervous for their jobs. From home court, we’re welcoming our very own Louise Bly to teach us about everything crêpe! Louise was raised in Belgium by Greek parents where her mom would make incredible food from scratch every night. As Louise got older, she lived in Italy and traveled the world, always making sure to hone the culinary traditions she experienced. She will be showing us three different crêpe dishes; an appetizer, crêpe casserole and crêpe cake! We’ll be drinking wine, beer and tea. Through attending this class, you will receive your very own crêpe pan!
