Upcycled: Alebrijes
Thursday, October 28 | 6 – 8 p.m.
Recycled materials find new life as whimsical Alebrijes for your home or garden. Learn to transform discarded egg cartons, cardboard and paper into traditional Mexican artwork inspired by botanicals, animals, surrealism, and Frida Kahlo’s art.
The workshop will be led by local artist Lety Errezeta and student volunteers from SAY Sí. Materials will be provided. All ages are welcome.
