Lunchtime Talk: Hill Country Lavender
Saturday, May 28, 2022 | 12 – 2 p.m.
Join us in welcoming our friends from Hill Country Lavender while feasting on a lavender-inspired menu, including house-made lavender and herb Boursin crostinis, grilled lavender, citrus and honey chicken with garden vegetables over Israeli couscous, and lavender shortbread and lemon curd for dessert. Wash it all down with a lavender margarita!
This lunch includes an in-depth talk about how to grow, maintain, and cook with a beloved herb. Contact csauers@sabot.org with questions.
