Forest Bathing in the Garden
Immerse yourself in nature’s embrace at our Forest Bathing event, inspired by the Japanese practice of slowing down our nervous senses and absorbing the healing power of nature. Experience a guided meditation aligning your senses with the outdoors, engage in nature connection invitations, and forage fresh leaves or flowers from culinary garden to brew a pot of tea under the trees. Join us for a blissful blend of relaxation and natural connection.
Fee: Free with admission. Registration deadline is the time of class.
