Culinary Date Night: Udon
Friday, February 28, 2025 | 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
If you love to noodle around with your partner, this is the class for y’all! Noodles are wonderful, we love ‘em, but the Udon noodle stands above the rest due to its robust thickness and ability to soak up flavor. In this class, the Culinary Team is going to teach you and your sweetie (and if you want to love your single self with a soupy serenade- come on down!) the basics of broth, dashi and toppings for this delectable dish. You’ll even be able to make your own garden-infused Furikake! For dessert you will be served Japanese Cheesecake and to drink, enjoy a Sake and Champagne Mojito. Get dashi and deliciously daring with your darling at this Culinary Date Night!
Instructors: Garden Culinary Team
