Guided Tour: Soil & Human Health
Saturday, June 4, 2022 | 10 – 11:30 a.m.
Barefoot walk around the Botanical Garden to discover the benefits of soil under your feet and how soil and human health are connected. Tour will conclude with animal flow, a body-weight workout connecting you to the ground and encouraging primal movement patterns. Wear appropriate athletic attire, and bring water, and a yoga mat if needed.
Fee: $15 ($13.50 member). Registration deadline is June 3 at 10 a.m.
Instructors: Daisy Delgado, Conservation Educator; Coach Matt Gonzales, and Coach Mark Gil with Intentional Patterns
