Culinerdy: Mustard

Perfect your purée, master your mince, and fine-tune your flambé at Culinerdy sessions in the Garden. This class will add fun to the fundamentals with step-by-step training and juicy details about essential ingredients and garden-fresh produce.
Behold the mighty mustard seed. The seeds are tiny but pack a powerful punch of flavor! Learn the simplicity and joy of making your own mustard. From spicy to sweet, we’ll taste and create a custom blend made especially for you to take home. You’ll never buy store-bought again! Culinerdy classes are appropriate for all skill levels. A complimentary adult beverage and light hors d’oeuvres will be provided.
Fee: $35 ($31.50 member). Registration deadline is Wednesday, June 22 at 12 p.m.
