Sipping and Searing – SOLD OUT
Location
Friday, June 3, 2022 | 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Join us as we fire up the grills and partner with some of our favorite local beverage makers and musicians. We’ll have a great time learning grilling basics inspired by the culinary garden.
Our kitchen will be sizzling with a mouth-watering parrillada with all the fixings, including a delicious assortment of meat provided by Farmer Servando Leal from Cross Country Meats, who will speak about his regenerative farming practices to maintain soil health and produce better quality grass-fed meat. Our friends from Alamo Beer Co. will cool us off from all this heat with special musical guest Jerry De Leon.
Sign up quickly before this class sells out! Contact csauers@sabot.org with questions.
Fee: $50 ($45 member). Registration deadline is Wednesday, June 1 at 12 p.m.
Instructor: Christa Sauers, Culinary and Wellness Program Specialist
