Join us as we fire up the grills and partner with some of our favorite local beverage makers and musicians. We’ll have a great time learning grilling basics with recipes inspired by our culinary garden. Sign up quickly before this class sells out! Contact csauers@sabot.org with questions.
Menu: Bock braised cabbage, fire-roasted corn and potato salad, 1909 Lager brined pork chops with house mustard and Kolsch cream sauce, and grilled butter cake with garden-fresh strawberries and strawberry blonde reduction. Beer from Shiner Bock Brewery
