Urban beekeeping is a growing pastime all over the country. Robert Holliday, a long-time beekeeper, along with other San Antonio area beekeepers will discuss the joys, challenges, and environmental and community benefits resulting from these incredible insects. This workshop will share practical advice, how to find local sources, and other valuable resources to anyone looking to get started. Guests will also have the chance to ask questions and discuss beekeeping with the instructors. Participants will be asked to take a brief survey to receive their refund and WaterSaver Rewards Points. A weblink and instructions will be sent after registration closes. If you do not receive the email, contact conservationcoordinator@sabot.org.
