Location
Thursday, September 9 | 9 – 11 a.m.
Join the Terrarium Ecosystem Program training to learn to teach field trip students about the importance of plants! The Terrarium Ecosystem Program teaches children grades K-8 about ecosystems, plant adaptions, the water cycle, and the importance of environmental stewardship through building a terrarium. At Terrarium Ecosystem Volunteer training, volunteers will learn what is expected when helping with this program, any changes/updates for the Fall 2021 season, best practices to assist with group management, and where necessary supplies are located. Volunteers who wish to help with this program must attend the training.
