Teas, Tisanes, & Texas Natives

Join Maeve to learn about teas, tisanes, their history, and brewing. This workshop will include a Chinese tea brewing and tasting demonstration. After the tasting, the class will walk through the Garden (weather permitting) to identify and harvest Texas native plants so each registrant can make their own tisane to take home. Sponsored by the San Antonio Water System.

Fee: $20 ($18 member). Registration deadline is December 9 by 1 p.m.
