Pound Fit & Mimosa
Sunday, August 22 | 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Grab your friends and Ripstix® and get ready to tone up and rock out in our Pound Fit & Mimosa event. Natalie Reinertsen and Laura Reifenrath will guide participants through a 45-minute Pound Fit class where drumming is transformed into an energizing full-body workout. After the class, enjoy a mimosa and small bites crafted by the Botanical Garden’s in-house chef. Participants will need to bring their own mats, towels, and water. Limited number of Ripstix® with registration available. Contact kflores@sabot.org with questions.
Fee: $35 with Ripstix® ($31.50 member); $35 ($31.50 member). Registration deadline is Friday, August 20 at 10 a.m.
