Learn how to build a gourmet charcuterie board with a bounty of fresh, high quality ingredients and a variety of textures and flavor profiles. Chef Katrina Flores will demonstrate how to create a charcuterie board accompanied with peach chamomile jam, sweet tangy mustard seeds, and roasted chickpeas. The board will be paired with red or white wine of your choice, hand selected by Hargrove’s Fine Wine. Participants may choose to pick up ingredient box or request a grocery list to shop ahead of time. A weblink, grocery list and instructions on how-to pick-up ingredient boxes from the Botanical Garden will be sent 72 hours prior to the start of the class. A computer and internet connection are required. Recipes included. Ages 21+.
