Polish food puts the heart in hearty. It shares a border with 7 other countries, so the culinary traditions of Poland are rich indeed. If you’re a fan of flavorful stews and sauces you’re not going to want to miss this class. We’ll use garden ingredients to make Pierogi with potato and vegetables, hunters stew with pork and more garden produce, Golabki– cabbage rolls in tomato sauce (and even more garden vegetables!), a cucumber salad, and Kołaczki or Polish cream cheese cookies. To drink we’ll enjoy some traditional polish beer, a mead-based cocktail and non-alcoholic options. Get Pole-ed out of your comfort zone, into an even better comfort food region in the Culinary Garden with Passport Poland!

Fee: $75 per person ($70 member). Registration closes Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 6:30 p.m.
