Almost time to gobble until you wobble! Join us and make three family-sized dishes and a few healthy snacks to contribute to the holiday meal. This cooking class focuses on kitchen safety, cooking basics and using healthy ingredients. Program participants will make cauliflower mac and cheese, grilled vegetable rolls, autumn salad, spiced pumpkin seeds, cranberry sauce, and a garden herb rub. Recipes are based on the CHEF (Culinary Health Education for Families) curriculum. Camp is designed for ages 8-12.
Fee: $160 ($144 member). Registration deadline is Friday, November 19 at 9 a.m.
