Celebrating San Antonio’s designation as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy, the Garden brings you an inspiring and intimate culinary experience with top chefs from around the city. Enjoy a four-part fresh tasting menu prepared with plants growing in the one-acre culinary garden along with drink pairings. Ages 21+. In partnership with Potluck Hospitality and the City of San Antonio World Heritage Office.

Chef Bio: Born and raised in Israel to an American-Hungarian father and a Turkish mother, Chef Berty Richter has always had food at the center of his life. At a young age, Berty found himself cooking with his mother, aunts and grandmother, asking questions and following their steps in the kitchen. Berty’s grandmother used to tell him, “Most of the world eats to live. We live to eat.” Berty opened TLV in the Fareground food hall in downtown Austin in 2019. In 2022 he opened Ladino in San Antonio, with a menu centered around the charcoal grill which plays a lead role in the Middle Eastern and Balkan cuisines. In 2023, he opened Ezov, bringing a taste of Israeli cuisine to Austin, with a menu that celebrates the markets of Tel Aviv and the bounty of Texas in a dynamic, yet elevated space.
