Garden Sound Bath

Select Sunday of every month through May 2026 | 2 – 3:30 p.m.

Participate in a restorative journey through sound with Pamela Martinez, musician, and educator. This group meditation utilizes the vibrational power of sound to hold space for a time to tune into our higher selves while allowing the body to rest and digest. When we come together, the field of gentle replenishment gets propagated as we build a community that heals together, grows together, creates together. Participants of the Sound Bath can expect to be lulled into deep relaxation using the sounds of singing bowls, gong, tuning forks, vocals, and other sound sources to provide a meditative and healing environment while seated on the ground or more traditionally lying down on the ground. Please bring a mat/blanket and water. Class takes place at the Amphitheater or in the classrooms during cold-weather days; plan to come 15 minutes before event to get directions from Admissions Kiosk at the main entrance.
