Family Gardening Workshop: Plant a Pizza Garden
Saturday, January 14 | 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
In this hands-on workshop, families will plant their own container garden with the essential herbal flavors for making delicious pizza. Workshop participants will learn how to care for their herbs, harvest herbs, and other uses for culinary herbs. Each garden kit includes a planter, soil, 1 oregano plant, 1 basil plant, and 1 thyme plant. Registration for the event requires the purchase of at least 1 kit and adult ticket. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Contact oroybal@sabot.org with questions.
Fee: $35 ($31.50 member) per adult with 1 garden kit (required); $13 per child ($11.70 member), $15 per additional adult ($13.50 member); Registration deadline is time of event.
