DIY: Sushi with Chef William Pitchford

Do you love eating sushi but want to know how to make it yourself? Join Chef William Pitchford for this flavor packed Sushi 101 class. Participants will learn about the history and art of sushi making, then partake in crafting their own sushi: California roll, shrimp tempura, and spicy tuna hand roll. The class will conclude with a glass of wine or Japanese beer. Sign up quick before this class sells out! A minimum of one wall will remain open during class to increase fresh air circulation.
