Date Night: French Bistro – Distance Learning

Thursday, February 25 | 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. 
Grab your sweetheart and travel to Paris for a date night. Learn how to bring classical French flavors home with a romantic dinner for two. Chef Katrina Flores will show you how to make roasted chicken with a tarragon cream sauce, mixed greens salad with bacon lardons and mustard vinaigrette, calvados French onion soup with gruyère crouton and lemon ricotta souffle. The meal will be paired with red or white wine of your choice, hand selected by Hargrove’s Fine Wine. Participants may choose to pick up ingredient box or request a grocery list to shop ahead of time. A weblink, grocery list and instructions on how-to pick-up ingredient boxes from the Botanical Garden will be sent 72 hours prior to the start of the class.
