Ciao! Grab your passport and bring your appetite for adventure, culture, and exceptional food and wine! Located in northern Italy, extending from the Apennine mountains to the Po River, Emilia-Romagna is a unique, growing region known for its fascinating history and gastronomy. Sample, cook, and sip the freshest ingredients from our own garden and some of this region’s finest products and wines, including Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, Balsamico di Modena, and the ever tantalizing Sangiovese and Lambrusco wines.
