Creative Movement at the Botanical Garden is an exploration of movement and body in space. This practice is like yoga, tai chi, and chi gong as it incorporates the principles of mindfulness and breath. Enjoy the Garden and move freely while sharing a collective experience of support, belonging and community. The practice is open to all levels. An email with instructions and social distancing protocol will be sent to you 24 hours prior to the start of class.
