Creep into the strange and captivating world of carnivorous plants in this botany-focused class! We will explore the unique adaptations that allow these plants to trap, digest, and derive nutrients from insects or other organisms. We will investigate their evolutionary history, ecological roles, and the various mechanisms behind their specialized structures. This class is perfect for all plant and science enthusiasts interested in rare and remarkable strategies plants use to survive in nutrient-poor environments.
