Sweet, spicy, zesty, and aromatic! The exotic and luxurious aromas and flavors of Southeast Asia are abundant at the Botanical Garden, and we can’t wait to showcase them. We’ve put together an educational talk on which herbs grow as well in Thailand, Vietnam, and Laos as they do here in San Antonio, and an exciting demo and multi-course tasting. Vegan and Vegetarian cuisine continues to grow in popularity, and we’ll show you why! A wonderful green culinary experience, celebrating delicious food that is sourced local, seasonal, and ethically.
