Hot Hot Heat: Chili Pepper Lecture and Light Bites
Thursday, June 19, 2025 | 6 – 7 p.m.
Come join the culinary team to learn about one of summer’s most famous fruits! In this lecture, we’ll be talking all about Chili peppers- their history, botany and cultivation as well as sampling a delicious Mango Jalapeño Sorbet. We’ll take a tour of the peppers around the garden and learn about Chili pepper anatomy. This class is recommended for all age groups and skill levels!
