Texas produces some distinctive fruits and berries. Join Paul Gates and Pat DeWinne in this delicious workshop and learn which Texas natives produce fruit, when it can be harvested, and how to turn that fruit into unique jellies. Paul will demonstrate his jelly making technique, while registrants will be able to sample a selection of Texas jellies and take home a list of fruit producing Texas natives.
