DIY: Botanical Gin

Herbaceous, fruity, and a pinch spicy, this homemade gin makes a real treat for any gin enthusiast. Join the Botanical Garden for this botanical gin crafting class featuring the Texas Native that you can use to make a truly unique gin with a local flavor. After making a cocktail to enjoy, participants will learn the history of gin and craft their own bottle of botanical gin. Sponsored by San Antonio Water System. 21+.
Fee: $25 ($22.50 member). Registration deadline is Friday, November 11 at 1 p.m.
