Wish: Water Lanterns in the Garden

Light up the San Antonio Botanical Garden and send a wish for the year to come with family and friends at Wish: Water Lanterns in the Garden. This memorable evening, inspired by traditional Japanese floating and hung lanterns, brings together people of all ages to be inspired by the beauty of nature and to make a wish of hope, healing, love, and happiness. Come experience the lights of the water lanterns as they are cast off into one of the Botanical Garden’s iconic ponds. Guests are welcome to use their imagination to create their own lanterns to bring to light their path while viewing the Garden.

Wish: Water Lanterns in the Garden will feature live music and luminaria lit pathways. Food and drinks are available for purchase.

Fee: Included with Garden admission + $10 per water lantern. Members enjoy free admission + $10 per water lantern.
