Tai Chi 42 Form

Tai Chi 42 Form: 12-week session begins
Saturdays | September 15-December 1 | 10:30am-11:30am
Tai chi Quan 42 form is a standard competition form which combines movements drawn from Tai chi’s Chen, Yang, Wu and Sun styles. This popular form has received a lot of positive attention for being a challenging, fluid form which loads the body with great energy, offering health benefits and comprehensive techniques.
**Class requirement: students must have learned a level one class Yang 24 form or Chen 18 short form or any other complete Tai chi forms.
Fee: $130 (Members $117)

Chen Style Tai Chi

12 week series

Chen Style Tai Chi is the oldest among the 5 major styles. Students will experience Chen style’s unique alternated speed and silk reeling technique to quickly enhance their balance, strength, and power.
Classes meet weekly for 12 weeks on Saturdays.
