Tai Chi 42 Form

Tai chi Quan 42 form is a standard competition form which combines movements drawn from Tai chi’s Chen, Yang, Wu and Sun styles. This popular form has received a lot of positive attention for being a challenging, fluid form which loads the body with great energy, offering health benefits and comprehensive techniques. Class requirement: students must have learned a level one class Yang 24 form or Chen 18 short form or any other complete Tai chi forms.

Fee: $130 ($117 member) for 12 week session
