Join Chef Dave as he combines nutrition and cooking basics under the trailblazing Culinary Health Education for Families (CHEF) program, into a five-part family-friendly hands-on cooking series. Enjoy a chef-prepared appetizer when you arrive, then prepare and taste several delicious, healthy recipes. Recommended for families with children ages 5 and up. Families will leave with recipes each class.

Fee: $30.00 ($27.00) fee includes one adult and one child, $5.00 ($4.50) per additional participant.

The garden is a partner of the CHEF Program, an innovative family-oriented healthy eating program sponsored by the Goldsbury Foundation and Children’s Hospital of San Antonio. This fun series will teach common sense nutrition and culinary skills.
