Tai Chi Level I: 12-week session begins
Tuesdays | September 18-December 4 | 9:30am-10:30am
Tai Chi uses gentle flowing movements to reduce the stress of today’s busy lifestyles and improve health. Anyone, regardless of age or physical ability, can do it. Practice “meditation in motion” with Ming Xie, who has taught tai chi for over 25 years.
Fee: $130 ($117 members) for 12 week session
