Qoya is based on the idea that through movement we remember our essence as women: wise, wild, and free. This class is for women of all ages, body types, and levels of movement experience.

Wise, wild and free reference the movement forms practiced in a Qoya class:
Wise - The wisdom of yoga; Wild - The creative expression of dance; Free - The freedom to feel pleasure in the body by connecting with the senses.

There are no special skills required, just the desire to move and feel good. We move and stretch the entire body, listen to great music and seek the pleasure in the movement!

The Tea House - Fall Harvest

Celebrate fall with a decidedly European-themed class focusing on apple cider and cherry lambic-based spritzer class (a Belgian type of fruited beer), paired to roasted meats and fruits recipes. Chef Dave will demo and engage the class to create and sample delicious fall recipes.
