Summer Flow Yoga

Summer Flow with Nicole will include traditional yogic postures in coordination with the breath to improve body awareness, strength, and flexibility. Physical postures will include standing postures, seated postures, balance postures, and spinal twists with a short relaxation period to rest and integrate. Modifications will be taught to accommodate injuries; everyone is welcome in class regardless of body type, injury, age, color, or creed.

Afterward, Chef Dave will be cooking with herbs and greens from the Botanical Gardens, serving up a multi-course tasting that is sure to please.

Fee: $25 ($22.50 member)

Vinyasa and Vino

This class invites the yogi and wino alike for a night of blissful indulgence. This interactive fifty-minute yoga flow includes wine sampling and a culinary experience prepared by our in-house Chef Dave Terrazas. It is sure to be a unique and memorable evening. Open to all levels. For ages 21+.

CHEF: Kids and Family Cooking Class!

Join Chef Dave as he combines nutrition and cooking basics under the trailblazing Culinary Health Education for Families (CHEF) program, into a five-part family-friendly hands-on cooking series. Enjoy a chef-prepared appetizer when you arrive, then prepare and taste several delicious, healthy recipes. Recommended for families with children ages 5 and up. Families will leave with recipes each class.

Fee: $30.00 ($27.00) fee includes one adult and one child, $5.00 ($4.50) per additional participant.
