About the UTSA Special Collections Speakers
Steph Noell is the Special Collections Librarian for UTSA’s Special Collections, where they manage the department’s instruction program and rare books collections. Steph loves working with students, faculty, and the San Antonio community, especially when they get to promote Southwestern regional culinary traditions.
Amy Rushing is the Assistant Dean for UTSA’s Special Collections, where she leads a team of ten archivists and librarians in preserving and providing access to UTSA’s archives and rare books. Special Collections’ strengths include the Mexican Cookbook Collection and archives documenting the diverse histories and development of San Antonio and South Texas.
