Join Chef Katrina Flores and learn to make Moroccan grilled chicken skewers with minted goat cheese yogurt, fresh naan bread, and charred lemon cauliflower salad. Registrants may choose to take this online class with instruction and an ingredient box for pick up, or with instruction and a shopping list. Ingredient boxes include all ingredients needed to create the recipes. A weblink, shopping list and instructions on how-to pick-up ingredient boxes from the Botanical Garden will be sent 72 hours prior to the start of the class. A computer and internet connection are required. Recipes are included.
