Grab your wine glasses because it’s 5 o’clock somewhere and time for happy hour with Chef Katrina Flores. Make fruity red sangria, crispy chicken tinga taquitos with avocado crema, a grilled pepper tart with goat cheese and honey, and spicy chorizo flatbread with harissa and lemon ricotta. Participants may choose to pick up ingredient box or request a grocery list to shop ahead of time. A weblink, grocery list and instructions on how-to pick-up ingredient boxes from the Botanical Garden will be sent 72 hours prior to the start of the class. A computer and internet connection are required. Recipes included.
