Summer is near and it is the perfect time to up your salad game with Chef Katrina Flores. Inspired by the cookbook Salad Feast, learn to make three different flavor-packed salads. Tuscan kale and soba noodle salad with soft-boiled eggs, pickled watermelon and halloumi faro salad, and a salmon, avocado and grapefruit salad with greens. Registrants may choose to take this online class with instruction and an ingredient box for pick up, or with instruction and a shopping list. Ingredient boxes include all ingredients needed to create the recipes. A weblink, shopping list and instructions on how-to pick-up ingredient boxes from the Botanical Garden will be sent 72 hours prior to the start of the class. A computer and internet connection are required. Recipes are included.
