Thanksgiving is right around the corner! Join us and make three family-sized treats to contribute to the holiday meal. This distance learning cooking class focuses on kitchen safety, cooking basics and using healthy ingredients. Recipes are based on the CHEF (Culinary Health Education for Families) curriculum. Participants will pick up ingredient boxes at the Botanical Garden prior to the class. Each box will have everything needed to create pumpkin spice puppy chow, caramel apple crescents, and French yogurt cake. A weblink and instructions on how to pick up your box will be sent 72 hours prior to the start of class. A computer and internet connection are required. Ages 6-12, for safety reasons it is required that an adult also be present during the class.
