Travel around the world from your own kitchen, exploring international street foods with Chef Katrina Flores. Learn to make Thai chicken satay with peanut sauce, Indian potato and pea samosas with green chutney, French crepes with chocolate hazelnut filling and fresh berries. Registrants may choose to take this online class with instruction and an ingredient box for pick up, or with instruction and a shopping list. Ingredient boxes include all ingredients needed to create the recipes. A weblink, shopping list and instructions on how-to pick-up ingredient boxes from the Botanical Garden will be sent 72 hours prior to the start of the class. A computer and internet connection are required. Recipes are included.
