Who says you can’t have breakfast foods for dinner? This distance learning class combines nutrition education and cooking basics using the CHEF (Culinary Health Education for Families) curriculum. Families will pick up ingredient boxes from the Botanical Garden prior to the class. Each box will have everything needed to create the following breakfast recipes: egg muffins, berry baked oatmeal, and fun fruit pizzas. A computer and internet connection are required. A weblink and instructions on how to pick up your box will be sent to you 72 hours prior to the start of class.
