Sour, spicy and tangy, this homemade Kimchi makes a real treat for any meal. Join Chef Teddy Liang for this flavor packed kimchi crafting class. Participants will learn about the history of kimchi and partake in crafting their own jar of kimchi. The class will conclude with a traditional Korean dish featuring homemade kimchi.
